From Survival Mode to Sustainable Capacity

Life as a working mum can feel like a constant balancing act.

You hold everything together.
You show up.
You keep going.

And somewhere along the way, your own energy gets pushed to the edges.

If you’re exhausted but capable…
If you’re coping but not thriving…
If you’ve quietly wondered whether it’s just you…

It isn’t.

Modern life has increased demand while quietly removing support.

At Calerae, we don’t start by fixing you.

We start by stabilising what’s around you — your rhythms, your expectations, your recovery, your boundaries.

Because sustainable capacity isn’t about being stronger.

It’s about having conditions that support you.

Through personal coaching and community connection, you’ll rebuild steadiness, protect your energy, and reconnect with who you are —

not just what you do.

.

Choose the Support That Fits Your Season

Every woman’s life looks different.

You can choose the path that meets you where you are right now — whether you want personal, focused support or the strength of community around you.

Calerae One

Private capacity coaching — designed for real life

This is structured 1:1 work for women who are carrying a lot — and are ready to stabilise properly.

Not surface-level fixes.
Not productivity hacks.
Not pushing through.

We step back and examine the real conditions shaping your energy, focus, and confidence — and redesign them in ways that are sustainable inside your actual life.

Each session is guided and purposeful.
Grounded in the Beyond Survival 3×3™, we strengthen the foundations that support:

• Clearer decision-making
• Calmer responses under pressure
• Healthier energy rhythms
• Boundaries that hold
• Sustainable ambition

You don’t need to become someone else.
You need conditions that support who you already are.

Every client receives the Calerae Companion — a structured, physical framework delivered to your door. It becomes your personal reference point between sessions, helping you build consistency rather than relying on motivation.

This is not about doing more.

It’s about stabilising first — so growth feels steady instead of exhausting.

Tribe & Thrive

Stabilising together — connection, clarity, and sustainable confidence

This isn’t just a community.
It’s a stabilising framework — shared.

Modern life has expanded what’s expected of you.
Support hasn’t expanded with it.

Tribe & Thrive creates a consistent, structured space each month to strengthen the foundations that protect your energy, clarity, and confidence.

Every session is guided and purposeful — built around the Beyond Survival 3×3™ so you’re not just talking about overwhelm, you’re understanding and redesigning the conditions shaping it.

Inside Tribe & Thrive you’ll experience:

• A clear monthly focus rooted in the 3×3 foundation
• Guided reflection and structured discussion
• Practical stabilising tools
• Gentle but intentional accountability
• Optional 1:1 support when deeper work is needed

You’ll also build your personal Calerae Companion — a tangible framework that grows with you month by month, giving you something solid to return to when life feels loud.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about strengthening the foundations that allow you to carry what already matters — sustainably.

What You’ll Gain

A steadier internal anchor — even when life feels loud

Conditions that support your energy instead of draining it

Clearer decision-making with less internal negotiation

Confidence rooted in alignment, not pressure

Structured connection with women navigating similar realities

Why Calerae Works

Calerae is built on a simple principle:

Capacity is shaped by conditions.

The Beyond Survival 3×3™ provides the foundation — strengthening Outlook, Body, and Connection so you’re not just managing symptoms, but stabilising what sits underneath them.

Rather than layering habits onto an already stretched life, we redesign the conditions shaping your daily experience — your rhythms, expectations, boundaries, and recovery.

The result isn’t short-term motivation.

It’s sustainable strength.

And that changes everything.

Ready to stabilise properly?

Whether you choose private 1:1 work through Calerae One or structured group support inside Tribe & Thrive, this is your space to step out of survival mode and strengthen the foundations that carry your life.

No reinvention required.
No pressure to become more.

Just steadier conditions.
Clearer thinking.
Sustainable strength.

“Survival mode is structural, not personal.”
— Calerae Principle

I met Jo when we were rugby mums enjoying a bacon sandwich and hot cuppa on the sidelines. We later volunteered on the mini and junior committee together and I was always rather in awe of her business knowledge and organised way of working. This was quite at odds with my own enthusiastic but disorganised way of working.
When I realised she had started coaching, I was reluctant to look for help as I was simply too disorganised and embarrassed by my untidy and shambolic lifestyle. However, I took the plunge and, while I am a work in progress, Jo has taught me a very different way to approach every day. Her positive reinforcements and methods have really helped my mindset. I have seen a significant change in how I manage everyday tasks but more importantly how my mindset has become much more positive and my future plans are much more focused and manageable.
Jo is incredibly supportive and kind, and her encouragement has made an enormous difference to my life. I have further to go but feel far more equipped to manage the complexities of my life.

I have known Jo for a number of years and have found her to be a trustworthy, empathetic and honest. Jo has been supportive of me and given advice to guide me through my particular situations. I have found Jo’s advice to be sound, rationale and she seems able to vocalise things that others may find hard to say out loud.

I would absolutely recommend Jo to others who are seeking support, advice or direction in their lives. Jo is able to give realistic direction and has the ability to support problem solving in others, supporting them to come up with their own solutions. This type of coaching approach is empowering to the individual and supports personal and professional growth in individuals.
