Transformation Capacity Pricing

Transformation doesn't deliver results on its own. People have to make it work.

.

Organisations invest significant time, money and expertise in transformation. But the value of that investment ultimately depends on people having the capacity to deliver the change, absorb it and work successfully within what comes next.

The Transformation Capacity Review makes that capacity visible — helping you identify where human capacity could put the results of your transformation at risk, and what needs to change before it does.

The Transformation Capacity Review

A clear picture of the human capacity surrounding your transformation.

Every transformation makes assumptions about people.

How much change they can absorb. How quickly they can adapt. How much additional demand can sit alongside business as usual. Whether the people delivering the change have enough capacity to do it well. And whether the future state will actually work for the people expected to operate within it.

The Transformation Capacity Review makes those assumptions visible.

It looks across the transformation to understand the capacity you’re starting with, what the change will require from people as it progresses, and the human capacity demands being built into the future state.

At the end of the four weeks, you’ll have:

A clear picture of current capacity

Understand the capacity the transformation is landing into — including existing pressures, strengths and conditions that could affect people’s ability to engage with change.

A view of the capacity cost of the transformation

See what the project is asking of the people delivering and receiving it, where demands overlap and where capacity could become a constraint.

A view of future-state capacity

Understand the human capacity the new system, process, structure or way of working will require — and identify assumptions or design choices that could affect whether it works sustainably in practice.

Clear priorities for action

Know what needs attention now, what needs protecting, where additional support may be needed and what may need to change in the delivery or design of the transformation.

A practical route forward

Know what happens next, where responsibility sits and what should continue to be monitored as the transformation progresses.

Transformation Capacity Review Pricing

Guide price from £6,000

A standard Transformation Capacity Review is usually completed over four weeks.

The £6,000 guide price covers a complete Review — not a reduced or introductory version. It includes the research, analysis and stakeholder input needed to build a meaningful picture of human capacity across a defined transformation, together with your Review, Prioritised Recommendations, Transformation Capacity Plan and Capacity Decision Session.

Why a guide price?

Transformation complexity isn’t determined by headcount alone.

A change affecting a large number of people in a similar way may be simpler to understand than one involving several different teams, roles, workstreams or future-state changes.

The scope of your Review will therefore depend on what we need to understand to build a reliable picture of capacity across your transformation.

Before we begin, we’ll agree the scope of the Review and confirm a fixed price with you. So you’ll know exactly what’s included and what it will cost before any work starts.

What affects scope?

PEOPLE & POPULATIONS

How many meaningfully different groups are delivering, receiving or operating within the change?

WORKSTREAMS & REACH

How many distinct workstreams, functions, locations or implementation areas need to be understood?

FUTURE-STATE CHANGE

How many significantly different roles, processes, systems or ways of working are being created?

How it works

What you’ll receive

Everything you need to move from understanding to action.

The Transformation Capacity Review is designed to support decisions, not create another folder of reports.

At the end of the Review, you’ll have four clear outputs that bring together what we’ve learned, what needs attention and what happens next.

TRANSFORMATION CAPACITY REVIEW

A clear picture of human capacity across your transformation

Brings together the evidence to show the significant capacity strengths, pressures, risks and assumptions across the people delivering and receiving the transformation and the future state being created.

It includes your Capacity Map, making the most important patterns and capacity demands visible in one place.

PRIORITISED RECOMMENDATIONS

What needs to change — and what matters most

Clear recommendations based on the findings, identifying what needs to be protected, reduced, supported, sequenced differently or redesigned.

Recommendations distinguish between what needs attention within the transformation and any wider organisational capacity issues the Review may have uncovered.

TRANSFORMATION CAPACITY PLAN

Turn the recommendations into action

A practical plan setting out what needs to happen, where responsibility sits, when action is needed and what should continue to be monitored as the transformation progresses.

It provides a clear route forward whether your own teams take the work forward or Calerae remains involved.

CAPACITY DECISION SESSION

Turn evidence into decisions

A facilitated session with the relevant transformation stakeholders to work through the findings, agree priorities and make decisions about what happens next.

By the end, you’ll have clarity on immediate actions, ownership, what needs to be carried into future project gateways and where further support may be useful.

Understand what’s happening. Decide what needs to change. Leave with a plan for what happens next.

What happens next?

The Review stands alone. What happens afterwards is up to you.

The Transformation Capacity Review is a complete piece of work in its own right. There’s no requirement to continue working with Calerae afterwards — and no ongoing cost unless you choose further support.

Once the Review is complete, you’ll understand where capacity is supporting the transformation, where it may be creating risk and what needs to change. From there, you can decide how you want to take the recommendations forward.

TAKE IT FORWARD INTERNALLY

No further Calerae cost

Your Transformation Capacity Plan gives your project, transformation or change team a clear route forward.

You can take the recommendations away, build them into your existing plans and continue the work internally or with your existing partners.

KEEP CALERAE ALONGSIDE

Light-touch advisory support — scoped to your transformation

Calerae can remain alongside your existing project methodology, reviewing capacity at agreed gateways and helping you identify what has changed, what’s coming next and where new pressures or risks are emerging.

The frequency and level of support will depend on your transformation, so we’ll agree the scope and cost with you after the Review.

This can be a light-touch advisory role, with your existing teams retaining responsibility for implementation.

BRING CALERAE IN

Hands-on support — scoped to what’s needed

Where the Review identifies areas that would benefit from more direct intervention, Calerae can help put specific recommendations into practice.

That might include working with project or receiving teams, supporting leaders, facilitating design work, or deploying relevant elements of Calerae’s Organisational, Leadership or Personal Capacity Management Systems.

Because the response is determined by what the Review finds, this work is scoped and priced separately.

No automatic next step.

You decide how much support you want from Calerae — if any. Before any ongoing work begins, we’ll agree exactly what we’re doing, how long it will last and what it will cost.

A few practical things

1. We talk first

There’s no online sign-up for a Transformation Capacity Review.

We’ll start with a conversation about the transformation, where you are in the journey, what’s changing and what has prompted you to explore Human Capacity.

2. We agree the scope and price

Every transformation is different.

We’ll agree which parts of the transformation, populations and workstreams need to be included, then confirm the scope and fixed price before any work begins.

3. You don’t have to be at the beginning

Calerae can join a transformation before it starts or while it’s already underway.

We’ll establish where you are in the project and shape the Review around the decisions, pressures and future-state design that are relevant at that point.

I really like this one for Transformation. It answers a question I suspect a lot of buyers will have without requiring a whole FAQ.

4. We’ll need access to the right people and information

A meaningful Review depends on being able to understand both the transformation plan and how it is being experienced.

We’ll agree in advance which project information we need to review and which people or groups we need to hear from.

5. We’ll need a senior sponsor

The Review needs a named senior sponsor who can help provide appropriate access, context and support — and ensure the findings can be turned into meaningful decisions.

6. Information is treated confidentially

The Review may involve access to sensitive project and organisational information, alongside candid conversations with people involved in or affected by the transformation.

Information shared with Calerae is treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of the agreed Review. Findings are brought together to identify patterns and themes rather than attribute individual comments or responses, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Ready to talk?

You don’t need to know where the capacity risks are — that’s what the Transformation Capacity Review is designed to help uncover.

We’ll start with a conversation about your transformation, where you are in the journey, what’s changing and what needs to go right for the investment to deliver.

If a Transformation Capacity Review looks like the right starting point, we’ll agree the scope, approach and fixed price before anything begins.

No commitment. Just a conversation about your transformation and whether Calerae can help.
