Organisational Capacity Pricing

Better outcomes start with understanding what makes them possible

.

Organisations invest significant time and money trying to improve performance, engagement, retention, absence, wellbeing and change.

But these outcomes don’t exist independently. They’re shaped by the capacity people have available — and the conditions that strengthen or consume it.

When capacity remains invisible, organisations can find themselves repeatedly responding to the outcomes they can see without addressing what’s creating them.

The Human Capacity Diagnostic makes that missing layer visible — identifying what’s shaping capacity, where the most significant pressures sit and what needs attention first.

The Human Capacity Diagnostic

Four weeks from understanding to decision.

The Diagnostic brings together organisational evidence and lived experience to build a clear picture of human capacity across the area being explored.

Rather than looking at individual symptoms in isolation, Calerae uses the Human Capacity and 3×3 lenses to trace what you’re seeing back to the conditions shaping it.

By the end of four weeks, you’ll understand:

What’s happening

Where capacity is being strengthened, stretched or depleted.

What’s driving it

The underlying conditions creating the patterns you’re seeing.

What matters most

The pressing issues requiring attention, alongside strengths that need protecting.

Where action belongs

Whether change is needed at Organisation, Leadership or Personal level — often across more than one.

What should happen next

A recommended sequence for action, including what should happen first and why.

Pricing

One Diagnostic. Scaled to your scope.

The Human Capacity Diagnostic follows the same four-week methodology regardless of organisation size.

As the number of people within the Diagnostic increases, so does the evidence required to build a reliable picture — including survey analysis, leadership perspectives, team conversations and the complexity of synthesis.

Pricing is based primarily on the number of people within the agreed Diagnostic scope. Where organisational complexity means a different level of research is required, we’ll agree this with you before work begins.

Part of a larger organisation?

You don’t need to diagnose the whole organisation at once.

The Human Capacity Diagnostic can focus on a particular function, division, location or business area. Pricing is based on the population and complexity within the agreed Diagnostic scope, rather than the total size of your organisation.

How it works

What you’ll receive

From information to decisions.

Human Capacity Diagnostic

A clear picture of what’s happening to capacity across the agreed scope — including significant patterns, differences, underlying conditions, existing strengths and areas of risk.

Prioritised Recommendations

Clear recommendations showing what needs attention now, what matters next, what should be monitored and what is already supporting capacity and needs protecting.

Capacity Deployment Plan

A practical pathway mapping recommendations across Organisation, Leadership and Personal Capacity and identifying what should happen first, what should follow and why.

Capacity Decision Session

A facilitated session with your sponsor and key stakeholders to explore the findings, recommendations and deployment pathway and agree what happens next.

No reports for reports’ sake. Every output is designed to help you understand, decide or act.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

The Diagnostic gives you the answer. What happens next depends on what it finds.

At the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a clear picture of what’s shaping capacity, the issues that need attention and a recommended pathway for what should happen next.

Your Human Capacity Diagnostic stands alone. You can take the findings and recommendations forward with your own teams or existing partners.

Or, if you’d like Calerae to stay alongside you, the next stage is Align.

ALIGN

Build the Right Response

There is no standard programme waiting at the end of the Diagnostic.

Instead, we use what we’ve learned to build the right response for your organisation — deploying the recommendations where they can make the greatest difference.

That might mean work across:

Organisation

Strengthening or redesigning the organisational conditions shaping capacity.

Leadership

Helping leaders understand, shape and sustain the conditions their people work within.

Personal

Giving individuals the understanding, tools and support to manage their own capacity more intentionally.

Often, the right response will involve more than one level — sequenced according to what needs to change first.

Scoped around what you actually need

Any further Calerae support is scoped from the Diagnostic recommendations.

We’ll agree what Calerae will deliver, what your organisation will own, the order in which the work should happen, the timescale and the cost before any further work begins. The Diagnostic determines which parts of the Calerae system need to be deployed, in what combination and in what order.

And we don’t stop at deployment.
Where Calerae continues alongside you, Embed keeps capacity visible as changes are introduced — tracking how they land, gathering feedback and adapting the response as the organisation learns.

A few practical things to know

We always talk first

Every Diagnostic starts with a conversation to understand what you’re seeing, what has prompted the enquiry and whether a Human Capacity Diagnostic is the right place to start.

Scope and price are agreed before we begin

The prices shown are a guide. We’ll agree the population being explored, the approach required and the final price before any work is commissioned.

We’ll need access to your organisation

A useful Diagnostic depends on being able to hear different perspectives and understand the context around them. Before we begin, we’ll agree access to the sponsor, HR/People lead, relevant leaders, employee groups and appropriate organisational information.

You’ll need a senior sponsor

Every Diagnostic requires a named senior sponsor who can provide context, support access to the organisation and engage with the findings and decisions at the end.

This isn’t an employee satisfaction survey

The survey is one source of evidence, not the Diagnostic itself. Findings are built by bringing survey responses together with organisational information, sponsor and HR context, leadership perspectives and employee conversations — then triangulating that evidence through the Human Capacity framework.

Your information is treated confidentially

The Diagnostic may involve access to sensitive organisational information and candid conversations with people across your organisation. Information shared with Calerae is treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of the agreed Diagnostic.

Findings are brought together to identify patterns and themes rather than attribute individual comments or responses, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Ready to talk?

You don’t need to know exactly what’s driving the issues you’re seeing — that’s what the Diagnostic is designed to help uncover.

We’ll start with a conversation about your organisation, what’s prompted you to explore Human Capacity and what you’re hoping to understand.

If a Human Capacity Diagnostic looks like the right starting point, we’ll agree the scope, approach and price before anything begins.
