Tribe & Thrive

A working mums capacity community

.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Tribe & Thrive combines practical capacity tools, structured support and a community of working mums who understand the realities of balancing work, family and everything else life demands.

Built around the Beyond Survival Capacity System™, it provides a supportive environment to help you strengthen and manage capacity alongside women navigating similar challenges.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing isn’t another solution.

It’s realising you’re not the only one experiencing it.

Who it’s for

Tribe & Thrive is designed specifically for working mums who want support, structure and accountability without the commitment of intensive one-to-one coaching.

You may feel stretched between competing priorities, constantly responsible for everyone else or frustrated that life feels harder than it should.

You want practical tools and meaningful change, but you also value connection, shared understanding and knowing you’re not doing it alone.

This is for women who want to strengthen capacity alongside others who understand the reality of balancing work, family and everyday life.

Relief often begins with two realisations.

You’re not failing.

And you’re not the only one.

What Changes

Tribe & Thrive isn’t about becoming more productive or finding the perfect balance.

It’s about creating a more sustainable way of living alongside a supportive community of women walking a similar path.

Instead of:

Feeling like you’re carrying everything alone

Constantly reacting to life

Starting over every Monday

Feeling guilty for struggling

Thinking everyone else has it figured out

Feeling pulled in too many directions

Women often gain:

Z

Greater understanding of capacity

Z

Practical tools they can actually use

Z

Increased confidence in their decisions

Z

A stronger sense of connection and support

Z

More consistency in the changes they make

Z

Greater compassion for themselves

Z

More energy for what matters most

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is creating enough support, understanding and capacity to navigate life more sustainably.

Relief → Connection → Confidence → Consistency

The journey isn’t about becoming a different person.

It’s about making changes that actually stick.

The Calerae Companion™

Throughout Tribe & Thrive, you’ll be supported by the Calerae Companion™ — a practical guide designed to help you understand, strengthen and manage your capacity between sessions and throughout the programme.

Built around the Beyond Survival Capacity System™, the Companion provides a structured pathway through four stages:

Reset

Stabilise capacity and create breathing room.

Reconnect

Understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with what matters.

Rebuild

Create rhythms, habits and structures that support sustainable capacity.

Thrive

Apply capacity principles confidently as life continues to change.

Alongside these stages, the Companion includes practical guidance on understanding the 3×3 Capacity Framework™, helping you recognise which areas of capacity are under pressure and where to focus your attention.

The Companion provides a shared framework for the programme, helping turn insights from the sessions into practical changes that can be applied in everyday life.

The goal isn’t simply to learn new ideas.

It’s to make meaningful changes that actually stick.

How It Works

Use the Companion and guided exercises to explore your own patterns, priorities and challenges.

Apply

Make small, practical adjustments that help strengthen and protect capacity in everyday life.

Thrive Together

Benefit from the support, encouragement and shared understanding of other working mums navigating similar challenges.

It’s a contained cycle of learning, application and support designed to help you create meaningful changes that actually stick.

Cohort Rhythm

Tribe & Thrive runs twice a year:

Spring Cohort

February – May

Autumn Cohort

September – November

Applications open ahead of each intake.

Between cohorts, there is space to reflect, integrate and build on what you’ve learned rather than rushing into the next thing.

Because sustainable capacity isn’t built through constant action.

It’s built through understanding, application and time.

Ongoing Support

The goal of Tribe & Thrive is not to keep you in a programme forever.

It’s to help you build the understanding, support and capacity needed to navigate life more sustainably.

For some women, the three-month cohort provides everything they need to move forward independently.

Others choose to stay connected to the wider Beyond Survival ecosystem through workshops, future cohorts or additional support as life continues to evolve.

Because capacity isn’t something you fix once.

Life changes. Seasons change. Capacity changes too.

The important thing is knowing you have practical tools, supportive structures and a place to return to when you need them.

Ready To Stop Doing It Alone?

If you’ve spent years trying to hold everything together, constantly putting yourself at the bottom of the list and wondering why nothing seems to stick, you may not need another solution.

You may need support, understanding and a different way of approaching capacity.
